NFT Wine Bottle - Genesis holders, will have privileged access to drops (to be determined based on the drop).For each drop, a whitelist system can also be set up, with specific conditions.
The purchase and resale of NFTs may be subject to various forms of commissions:
- Gas fees : These are the costs inherent to the security of the blockchain transactions. They are not the responsibility of InterCellar.
- Royalties : For each Secondary Sale, the issuing wine/spirit brand shall charge royalties to the buyer, as defined in the minting smart contract.These royalties are at the appreciation of the producers and can be redistributed in part to InterCellar.
- Storage fees : the storage costs are to be paid by the customer. They are deducted from the selling price in case of resale. They must be paid in the event of a request for redeem

If you own a bottle on InterCellar, you can redeem it at any time by filling out a redeem form.
By redeeming the bottle, you'll be exchanging the digital version for the physical one, which means the visual of your NFT will change to indicate that the NFT is no longer backed by a physical asset. It's essential to note that there is no going back once you redeem it, and you won't have access to the initial digital token anymore.
When redeeming, you'll need to enter your shipping address, and you must comply with your jurisdiction's rules to receive the bottle. We will ship your bottle safely using priority and insured mail.
The redeemer will be responsible for covering the shipping, duties and potential storage costs, which will only be incurred when the physical bottle is redeemed.
On InterCellar, wineries & spirit brands mint and sell their wines / spirits directly, without intermediaries. The bottles are stored at the brand’s warehouse or transferred straight from the brand’s warehouse to our secure storage, where they are insured and kept at a controlled temperature. When you redeem your bottle, you can verify the shipment by comparing the code on the bottle with your digital NFT code.
